Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: pt has history of fainting with vaccines. This was discussed with nurse they reviewed what to watch for. The patient breifly fainted and came to quickly. She did not fall had pulse whole time. Stayed in pharmacy drank water used ice pack and chatted with nurse while waiting. dad was present whole time
