Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: patient had blood pulse from injection site. site did swell and have warmth. did ask patient to place ice pack on arm and monitor site. also told he can take ibuprofen or apap if needed for any pain.
