Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Additional Details: Patient moments after receiving both the Flucelvax and Boostrix slumped down and fainted. I tapped the patient several times & called out to him while having staff call 911 & patient woke up w/in 15-20 secs. He stated he felt he fell asleep & was dreaming. Pt was alert + I gave him juice & he's drinking and felt normal again.
