Symptom narrative

Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Medium, Additional Details: Pt had swelling on her lower right lip starting 09/13/2025. She went to Urgent Care 9/14/2025 and was given Prednisone x5days and Famotidine x14days. When she came to pick up those meds today, her condition has shown improvement. Pt stated she has no other allergens that may cause her reaction including possible food/bugs bites/etc. No other symptoms or issues.
