Symptom narrative

Systemic: Bell's Palsy-Severe, Systemic: Headache-Severe, Systemic: Stroke-Severe, Additional Details: Per husband, patient complained of headache after receiving Flublok, which persised ~7 days. Roughly about a month after receiving vaccine patient was hospitalized for stroke presentation. Imaging (CT/MRI) did not confirm stroke. Possible Bell's Palsy, suffered speech and mobility impairment.
