Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: bright red warm area sorrounding shot - area covered full deltoid but began to subside after about 6 days. followed up on day 7 and pt states was getting better
