Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Medium, Additional Details: After receiving all three vaccines, I advised patient to have a seat for a few minutes. Shortly after, he fell over the chair losing consciousness. We rushed over, called to him, gently shaking him, then he gained awareness, he was pale and sweating profusely.
