Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: pt got flu shot in right arm then passed out briefly (10 seconds) right after the arexvy given in left arm. We did not call EMS. Pt became aware very quickly. She was sitting and she did not fall out of chair. Staff prevented her from falling forward with her hand.
