Symptom narrative

Systemic: nothing adverse effects were noticed-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was given 2 covid shots instead of 1 covid and 1 flu shot. Patients was notified he was given duplicate covid shot and he was cool about it and said things happened. He understood it because he worked in healthcare profession. Pharmacist asked him to stay at least 15 min before he can leave to monitor any adverse effects and he felt fine when he left. Patient said he will come back afte 10 days to get his flu shot.
