Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient was dizziness with nausea therefore vomited. He almost fell when he got up to leave the vaccine room but i was able to held on to the patient and kept him back to the seat. I kept patient for 30 minutes just to monitor symptoms. Patient was much better after 30 minutes and left the pharmacy
