Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Administerd Covid, then Flu, after flu pt stated that she feels funny. Informed her I will go get her some water. As I got up pt fainted but still breathing normally. Her father and I held her. Team came to support. Pt urinated while she was unconscious. Pt was laid down. Placed hand under head for support. Pt woke up and paramedics arrived shortly after. Father states she gets faint from dehydration. Pt states she faints when going to get allergy shots from allergists.
