Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Mild, Additional Details: Patient reports severe pain at base of thumb on right wrist starting mild and worsening to severe then abating after approximately 4 to 5 days. Patient also report mild tingling and pain from base of right elbow, down forearm, and to base of right thumb. Patient also reports he went to an urgent care Sunday morning where they recommended over-the-counter pain medication (Tylenol).
