Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came in to receive the Moderna Covid vaccine with his wife. System inputted the wife to receive Mnexspike and for patient to receive Spikevax. Patient was upset to learn that he did not get Mnexspike like his wife did.
