Systemic: Numbness (specify: facial area, extremities)-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient says that her left arm is numb, she can't pick anything up with her left hand. She has been referred to a neurologist. I will follow up with her on when her appointment gets scheduled and how she is doing.
