Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: PT supposed to receive Boostrix vaccine but immunizer accidently gave flucelvax. PT received both Boostrix and Flucelvax on the same time. Boostrix on the left arm and flucelvax on the right arm. No allergic reactions after given vaccinations
