Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: approx. 15 mins after vaccines adminstration, patient reported localized tingling sensation on left side of her face. Predominantly in left cheeck and left side of her lip. I called to report the event. Patient refused to seek medical attection and declined calling EMS. We monintered her for 1 hour in the store.
