Fluid retention

Symptom narrative

Discrete fluid collection that was not involving the joint space. Fluid will likely be absorbed over the next few days, pain control was given to the patient and expressed improvement. She is neurologically intact distal to the injury. No evidence of anaphylaxis or allergic reaction at site of injection. Not concern for septic joint given the sudden onset of symptoms.
