Symptom narrative

"projectile vomiting for 6 plus hours starting Wednesday after 1 pm. Ended up in the ER on Wednesday night. I had to take off Thursday and came in late on Friday. My whole body was on fire but i was cold at the same time and sweating all over the place all while vomiting. It stopped Friday morning but i was at that point drained and felt dizzy and like i said, almost wasn't sure i should come in to work. I did not have any of my usual flu shot reactions (pain in the arm where the shot was given, body aches, feeling like i'm coming down with something, fever)."
