Symptom narrative

Patient stated that about 2 days after the two vaccines (arexvy and capvaxive) were given on 8/25/2025 she noticed redness and extreme swelling at what she states is the shot site and then about a week later the spot began to turn black and numb. States the pain was excruciating and came in cycles would be a throbbing burning pain for about 10 seconds then be okay and would happen every so often. Upon visualization of the area shown to pharmacist on 9/21/25 the spot in question was not in the deltoid area where the vaccines would have been given. More toward the middle of the upper arm around the bicep area. Patient stated she started antibiotics around 3-4 days ago which would have made this about 3+ weeks from the date of vaccine.
