Symptom narrative

I called patient to schedule her second dose and she expressed that she had severe issues after the vaccine was given. She said she immediately felt a tingling sensation down both arms but it subsides right afterwards. She also had severe diarrhea for about 6 weeks after the vaccine. She has also been experiencing post nasal drip continuously.

Progesterone 300mg daily, Estradiol Patch 0.075mg (2 times a week), and testosterone ointment; magnesium, multi vitamin, iodine, ashwaghanda, fish oil
