Symptom narrative

Felt fine all day until later in the evening and had usual post vaccine symptoms of joint aches. Just before bed around 9:30pm had trouble urinating (even though I felt like I had to go). After getting up to use the restroom and take Tylenol about 11:30pm had a Vasovagal Syncope and was taken via ambulance to ER at Hospital. After they did labs, EKG and held me for observation I was released. Feeling okay since then. I've had all other COVID vaccines and boosters with no issues, but never at same time as flu vaccine.

ER visit labs Troponin (normal), CBC w/ Diff and CMP with nothing too concerning. Also EKG (normal).
