Symptom narrative

Within 10 minutes of the vaccine administration noted urticaria, chest tightness, difficulty swallowing and facial swelling. Was treated in the ER and EpiPen administered along with IV diphenhydramine, famotidine and solu-cortef. Symptoms gradually improved and resolved. Patient discharged after 6 hours
