Patient woozy, light headed, tingling in lips mouth later developed hives on abdomen and rash on arms

We took BP Pulse at 9:05 am Gave 25 mg of Benadryl at 9:08, BP Pulse at 9:11, BP Pulse at9:16 and Juice, BP Pulse at 9:21, BP Pulse at 9:26, BP Pulse at 9:41 BP Pulse at 9:52 am Dr. Prescribed prednisone for patient to go pick up from her pharmacy. At the start patient took two puffs of her albuterol inhaler not directed to do so by staff. Pt directed to go to ER if symptoms reoccur or worsen.
