Symptom narrative

Patient complained to pharmacy staff several days after administration that her arm became very red and sore without bruising. She said she was ill for several days after. I questioned the patient on signs of an allergic reaction, her answers were unclear. She said she was evaluated by her doctor on this day per her report she had recovered.
