Symptom narrative

at about 2AM I awoke and wanted to sit in a chair. I tried to reach for a walker. My legs would not hold me and fell on my back and head, This happened twice and then I called 911 for help because I could not get up. I had been doing very well with my MS . I had physical therapy the day before the shot. My legs were fine then.

the ER did blood work CT scan of head and back. All tests were normal. I have a lot of pain and were given medications for that. All on 9/21/25
