Symptom narrative

Pt had fainted approx 10 mins post vaccine administration. Pt was taken in the counseling room. Was give some orange juice to sip on. Parents were with child the whole time. Parents and pharmacist kept a close eye on patient. Parents declined emergency 911 to be called. Pt felt better after 10-15 minutes and left with parents.
