Symptom narrative

The adverse event presented like a TIA. Treatment was for a TIA but there was no evidence of a TIA. A second similar event happened in May of 2023. Again no evidence of a TIA. Final diagnosis was Migraine with Aura but this wasn't present before COVID shot.

CT, MRI, sleep test, heart monitoring, various blood and lab tests. Seen by neurology, cardiology, hematology. Complete evaluation from January to July 2023.
