Symptom narrative

Patient reports 10 minutes after vaccine administration feeling intermittent dizziness, pinky finger and finger next pinky feels numb and occasionally tingly on right arm. Feet numbness and tingling that comes and goes. comes and goes. Patient reported symptoms at 2:15pm. Patient is 23 weeks pregnant and report no current complications related to pregnancy estimated date of delivery is January 20 2026.
