Symptom narrative

Patient received immunizations at onsite clinic and passed out. She went into convusions for about 20 seconds. HCP opened an ammonia inhalant to revive patient and closely observed her for 10 minutes. Patient was offered water and cool towels which she refused. Emergency services was contacted and patient refused. Patient's family member was contacted and patient was supervised to their car and released to their care.
