Symptom narrative

At 09:00 am 09/21/2025 experienced extreme headache, body ache, fatigue, fever, sensitivity to touch until around 08:00 am 09/22/2025. At 05:45 pm 09/22/2025, after spending most of the day resting in bed, stood up and walked around for 5+ minutes, experiencing symptoms comparable to being about to pass out, ie: lights getting bright, light headedness, shortness of breath, tingling in the extremities, extreme cold, weakness of the entire body, limitations in speaking capability. This is out of the norm for me and I feel cause for concern.
