Symptom narrative

patient was taken to hospital post 1 day from injection. Patient got vaccine 9/19 and symptoms started to present the following day. patient presented with loss of body muscle control in that she couldnt hold anything and couldnt move very well, she also could not walk, she ended up with decreased oxygen intake and was rushed to hospital, patient also had swelling on body including fingers
