Symptom narrative

Patient experienced a sore arm at first about 2 hours after the dose was given, started to get a red spot at the site of injection. Patient the started to get headache, fever, neuropathic pain, the area was hot to the touch, all happened after dose was given. At day 3 patient is feeling better and is going to start taking benadryl cream and tablets.
