Symptom narrative

Patient fainted about 15 seconds after vaccine administration. About 5 seconds after fainting, patient experienced seizure involving stiffening of muscles and eyes rolling back. Seizure lasted about 5 seconds. Patient quickly recovered, but was very pale and sweaty. Notably, the patient had a strong phobia of needles, had not had anything to eat the day of vaccine administration, and the vaccination room was quite hot.
