Patient received vaccine on Saturday 9/20/25 and came into pharmacy to let us know that they got swelling and redness in their arm. Patient stated that their provider said that the vaccine wasn't administered in the correct location. Location of injection appeared to be lower down the arm and not into the deltoid muscle
