A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: EAR DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "fluid in my ear"; BALANCE DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "balance issues". Additional information: Consumer stated, I have had Pfizer COVID shots (clarified and captured as COVID Vaccine in tab) many times so, but this time I don't know if it is connected but I had like a fluid in my ear and I am calling to see if that's a common side effect of the drug? consumer stated, Yes, that's my question, I don't even know if I have fluid but I have balance issues, I just and the doctor thinks it is fluid in my ear. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
