Symptom narrative

Itchy skin rash on my shins for 2 years, could not wear shorts. It's almost gone, there is just a little skin irritation on the top of my feet. I now have Rheumatoid arthritis. I can barely walk when I first wake up. My joints hurt all the time, I can barely open my sugar packet for my coffee in the morning. I experience daily pain at work because my job requires constant typing.
