Patient had redness located below injection site of right arm, none on shoulder, but solid redness below shoulder muscle extending to elbow. Area by elbow looked to have broken skin.
Covid, Flu, Pneumonia immunizations given on same date, no illness at time of immunization stated by patient, on topical antibiotic and antifungal to unspecifed area with fill date of 9/17/25

No lab results, patient had seen provider on Tuesday and she stated that prescriber thought her arm to have infection. Prescription antibiotics not sent over at time patient arrived at pharmacy, but sent in later that evening. Patient has not yet picked those up as of 9/24/25. Patient requested ambulance due to low blood sugar on evening of 9/23/25 at pharmacy location.
