Hx of glaucoma. Hx endometrial cancer April 2000. Hx ovarian cancer April 2000. MVA 1958 head trauma. MVA 1982 head, neck and entire back trauma. Hx of Amoebic dysentery while living in withheld country. Hx of recurrent vertigo. Hx of migraines. Hx of SSC and melanoma RT leg.
