Symptom narrative

Patient stated that the night of receiving the mmr and varicella vaccines, she broke out in a rash on her torso. Patient states it happened hours after vaccine. She contacted after hours nurse line and was advised to take an antihistamine. Patient states rash resolved after taking medication.
