Symptom narrative

Patient states she is experiencing pain in her right arm since receiving her flu shot. She has pain when the arm is in motion and when she rests the arm on the arm rest of her couch/chair. She is going to wait to contact her doctor for a few more days. If it does not feel any better by next week, she will contact her doctor.
