On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: Suspected vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: Had Shingles 3 years ago). The patient had never been so sick and thought were going to die, it was a horrible experience. The patient prays for anyone who gets it and the patient took the shot.
