Symptom narrative

PT developed chest pressure, then dizziness, shortness of breath, feeling like face was numb, and stomach pain. Occurred within a couple minutes (1-2) of vaccine administration. Symptoms resolved within 10 minutes. However, she later presented to the ER (later that evening, ~6-8 hours after vaccine) for syncopal event
