Symptom narrative

Patient came in complaining of shoulder related pain after receiving the Abrysvo vaccine earlier that day. Patient had tried tylenol and ice to help relieve the pain and stated that was still not helping. Was recommended to seek further care if still having problems. Unknown at this time if patient required further treatment.
