Symptom narrative

Pt states she had pain immediately and felt like she was punched in the arm leaving the store. 18 hours after the shot redness and warmth started. Redness expanded and went to MD office today. Possible injection site reaction, early infection, or possible cellulitis. Prescribed cephalexin and medrol dose pack.
