Symptom narrative

Patient presenting localized not pruriginous reaction, 2-3 days after DTaP vaccine applied. No systemic signs/symptoms, no concerns for IgE-mediated reaction, no concerns for skin infection. On PE: Right thigh (anterolat): erythematous patch with 10.5cm x 9cm, with indurated central potion. No fluctuation. Area where vaccine was applied is visible, no drainage, no signs of abscess
