Symptom narrative

sx onset of twitches in her lower back the same day as vaccination with twitches in her left thigh and ankle area the following day. They remain almost constant. Had 2 neuro visits and neg EMG. No diagnosis. No pain, no impairment with activity. No progression. Symptoms: CRAMP AND SPASM(R252).
