Symptom narrative

Patient calls clinic to report possible allergic reaction to shingles vaccine. Pt reports redness, swelling, "hard as a rock" upper arm that worsened and now rash and blistered noted. Was evaluated by APRN at PCP's office who rx prednisone and encouraged benadryl to help with symptoms. Was seen 9/25/25 by APRN **Patient requested both immunizations in same arm due to side sleeping and other arm being "bad one."
