PHYSICAL EXAMINATION Musculoset, Nears waty not te dise, let end omien, though he has positive awkins, posive Neer's, positive painful arc. He has no weakness in external rotation or in Jobe's, and he has intact sensation over his deltoid, with good strength in his deltoids as well. DIAGNOSTICS I did review his x-rays, which are fairly normal. ASSESSMENT / PLAN #1 This patient likely has one of the cases that we have seen of COVID vaccine-induced subacromial impingement Under sterile conditions and with his permission, I injected him with 8 mL of 0.5% Marcaine. He stated that it helped quite a bit. It took away more than 70% of his symptoms while in the office. He is going to continue therapy and then follow up with us on a p.r.n. basis.
