Symptom narrative

Uncontrolled urination (incontinence) every hour for many hours, then nausea and vomiting. Was weak and dizzy and had vision and mentation problems with sever drop in blood pressure. She had to receive 2 bags of IV fluids via a home nurse IV company. Blood pressure was 89/60 with heart rate at 57 bpm. Due to atherosclerosis, patient has permissive hypertension and an episode of hyoptension puts her at severe risk for CVA.
