Symptom narrative

Patient returned to the pharmacy on 9/25/25 complaining of shooting pain in her left arm radiating to her shoulder and neck. She said the pain started after her shot.

Current illness

None just maintenance

Medical history

Neck surgery, hypothyroidism, hypertension, depression and anxiety, chronic pain

Other medications

Levothyroxine 100 mcg, Oxycodone-apap 10/325, pregabalin 50mg, losartan-hctz 100/25, tizanidine 4mg, alprazolam 0.5mg, sertraline 50mg, gabapentin 100mg, Premarin 0.9mg

None as of yet. Patient was advised to apply warm compresses and if pain lasts over the 2 week mark to follow up with her doctor. I explained it sounds like the vaccine may have hit a nerve pathway.
